Terms of Service DevPulse Press

Last updated: June 5, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of DevPulse Press, a creator workflow service for preparing, managing, and publishing short AI-assisted vertical videos. By using the website, Creator Studio, TikTok Login, or TikTok Content Posting API workflow, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

DevPulse Press helps authorized creators prepare short video concepts, generate or manage MP4 files, review captions and metadata, and upload videos to connected creator accounts. TikTok functionality uses TikTok Login and TikTok's Content Posting API only after the creator grants OAuth permission.

Account Authorization

TikTok Login and Content Posting API

The public TikTok login entry point is available at https://devpulse.press/login/. The callback URL is https://devpulse.press/tiktok/callback. The creator workflow is shown in Creator Studio.

Creator Review and Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all prompts, generated videos, captions, metadata, privacy settings, AI-generated content labels, and upload options before submitting content through DevPulse Press. You retain responsibility for content you create, submit, upload, or publish.

Acceptable Use

AI-Generated Content

Videos created with AI assistance may need to be labeled as AI-generated or synthetic content depending on platform rules and the content itself. DevPulse Press may provide an AI-generated content flag in the workflow, but you are responsible for ensuring that all labels, captions, titles, and disclosures are accurate.

Content Ownership and License to Operate the Service

You retain ownership of content you provide or create, subject to the rights of any third parties. You grant DevPulse Press a limited permission to process prompts, scripts, files, captions, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and related metadata only as needed to operate the creator workflow, provide support, troubleshoot errors, and complete authorized uploads.

Publishing, Availability, and Platform Decisions

Uploads may fail or be delayed because of platform review, API limits, account settings, app review status, network errors, content moderation, or service maintenance. TikTok may reject, restrict, remove, or limit content under its own rules. DevPulse Press does not guarantee that any upload will be accepted, published, visible, monetized, or remain available.

Privacy

DevPulse Press processes information as described in the Privacy Policy, including TikTok OAuth data, basic profile data, generated content data, upload metadata, and operational logs.

Suspension and Termination

DevPulse Press may suspend or stop access to the service if use appears unauthorized, unsafe, abusive, unlawful, inconsistent with these terms, or inconsistent with platform requirements. You may stop using the service and revoke connected platform access at any time.

Disclaimers

DevPulse Press is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. The service may change, pause, fail, or be discontinued. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevPulse Press disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevPulse Press is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, platform access, audience reach, content availability, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

DevPulse Press may update these terms to reflect service, legal, operational, or platform changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new updated date.
